All bookings require clients to read and accept Beeautiful Event's full policy
Deposit is due at the time of confirmed booking. We will NOT book/accept deposit without being notified of a chosen venue or location. NO venue = NO event. Deposits are to SECURE YOUR DATE.
In the event deposit hasn’t been received within 48 hours of confirmed booking, then Beeautiful Events reserves the right to cancel the contract and your order or event date/time may be re-booked by other parties, without exception and without notice.
Beeautiful Events reserves the right to cancel any event or order due to non- payment.
If your event is cancelled within 5 days of initial booking, deposit + any money paid will be refunded in full. After 5 days, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Your deposit + any money paid will only be credited to your new event date. Please contact us, to schedule a new event date. This is to ensure that your new date is available. Please do so in 30 days of canceling or you will forfeit any funds paid. In addition, to rebook/schedule a new event date after 30 days of canceling, client must rebook, paying a new deposit.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR BALLOON ORDERS. This does not include balloons that are already included in packages. All package prices are set to include balloon orders, which are non-refundable after 5 days.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The only exception is our 5-day cancellation, mentioned above.
